Domestic orders are shipped via insured courier or hand-delivered for clients in select cities. You will receive tracking details once your piece is dispatched. Local pickup from the studio can also be arranged by appointment.
Timelines vary by complexity. Simple bands and pendants typically take 4–6 weeks after design approval. Engagement rings and statement pieces require 6–8 weeks. Full bridal sets may take 8–12 weeks. We will provide a clear estimate during your discovery call.
We work primarily in 18K and 22K yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum. Palladium may also be available for select designs. All metals are hallmarked and sourced from certified suppliers. We are happy to advise on which metal best suits your design, skin tone, and lifestyle.
No. We specialize exclusively in natural, ethically sourced diamonds. Every diamond we offer is genuine and carefully selected to meet our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Heirloom redesign is one of our most meaningful commissions. We can melt and recast existing gold, reset stones into new settings, or incorporate vintage elements into contemporary designs. Send us photographs of your pieces during the inquiry process and we will assess what is possible.
A design retainer is collected at the start of the design process when sketches begin. Once your design is approved, a 50% deposit secures your commission and allows us to begin sourcing your selected materials. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or final handover.
We accept secure payments through Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods. Flexible EMI options are also available through Bajaj Finserv for eligible customers. Bank transfers and international wire transfers are accepted as well.

Consultations are complimentary and typically last 30–45 minutes. They can be conducted via video call, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at the studio by appointment. There is no pressure to commit — the goal is simply to understand your vision and answer your questions.
